They have many methods of transport across the cell wall and cell membrane, but not "bulk transport" through any kind of endocytosis. When eukaryotes do this, they bring in the outside material into a vesicle which then merges with a lysosome. For example, if bacteria were to bring in outside material, they would need a way to release it or merge it with another vesicle, but prokaryotes don't have any organelles or vesicles. Having said all that, there are weird exceptions to almost everything and hence there can be a possiblity of phagocytosis documentation in prokaryotes at some point in the future.
