Solution When you login to the TSO then it asks Login details and password, after entering the details if they are correct then it display otherwise it prompt a Alert. If your details correct ,then only it display. After that fill in incidents Out and incidents In variables using + and – cursor. If the Incidents are incompleted again it raise a Incomplete alert. Again you have to reselecting incidents and fill. Filling of Incidents are completed then it calculating. After that click on the submit button. Finally total incidents In and Out with Observer’s Details, Beach name and Other Race details are submitted.
