Career Development Framework Educational Development Plans
Career Development   In the broadest sense, career development is a lifelong process by  which each individual identifies and develops their life and work role. It is initiated in the earliest grades through awareness, exploration and practice. Decision-making skills are used in the middle school years as students use data about interests, skills, aptitudes, and abilities to merge with knowledge of the workplace and begin planning a high school course of study to meet their goals.
