X-B Hollow Eco Plates are 100% recycled cardboard, lightweight, but extremely strong due to excellent rigid structure. With an optimum flat surface they are suitable for printing and at the same time ideal for cutting and bending. With prints in photo quality and with automated finishing we transform the cardboard into products that will take your breath away. We use environmentally friendly inks, which have the Greenguard certificate (odourless, suitable for use in the food industry, kindergartens, etc.). There are no waste in the process of printing. XXLFINEARTPRINTING&DIGITALFINISHING UV PRINT It enables direct printing of any custom graphics in lasting photo quality on: • board materials of dimensions (3 x 1,5 m, up to thickness of 45 mm) • rolls of width up to 1,6 m (the length of printing is unlimited) • inks have Greenguard Certificate (no volatile organic compounds, no harmful substances) • direct print on various materials (the ink is not absorbed into material, but is immediately dried on the surface) • white ink print (under or over the basic print) enables effects also on transparent materials DIGITAL CUT AND AUTOMATED FINISHING An intelligent, efficient, multifunctional machine, ready for the challenges of the future. It enables automated digital finishing, cutting, folding and milling. Numerous advanced features, exceptional speed and high quality of final product are the main advantages that are supported by the visual surveillance system via camera. It ensures the proper position of the material, surgical accuracy and high productivity with minimal intervention. Materials, that can be processed, are either in rolls (papers, foils, canvases, fabrics) or in boards, up to thickness of 5cm. Those are soft and hard materials (from the thinnest cardboards to the most demanding paperboards, X-B hollow cardboards, plastic foam boards, aluminium and acrylic glass, …). In this process the inks are transferred into fabric with the help of heat and do not stay on the surface. The products are intended for outdoor and indoor applications, the print is of high quality and UV- resistant. The colours are extremely strong, vivid, intense, persistent, and in some products also washable. OUTDOOR PRINT Digital print of graphics with outdoor inks provides intensive and long-lasting graphics, that are suitable especially for outdoor use. Inks have long-term UV-resistance, which means that they do not lose colour in the sun. If necessary, we additionally mechanically protect the graphics with lamination (covered with additional PVC layer) and so extend its durability. SMALL FORMAT DIGITAL PRINT Small format digital printing, that is digital printing up to A3 format, is recommended for lower circulations or when you need the printed material on short notice. The small format digital printing technology is suitable for printing business cards, brochures, flyers, posters, cards, invitations, booklets and even self-adhesive labels. Our products are more than just a printed sheet. Due to that we also offer cutting, folding and spiral binding. For more aesthetic appearance and as an additional protection we offer matt or glossy lamination, up to A3 format.
