 Product description and functionalities
– Centaurus is the software product for automation of a wide range of
image processing problems solving, interpretation of remote
sensing data, computer vision, digitizing of drawings and mapping.
 Raster image processing

etc.) and advanced (focus restoration, cross-correlation, statistical, customized,
etc., etc., etc.)

putted into effect depending on particular problems to be

 Price depends on software configuration: standard Raster
and/or Vector, Registration, OLE, Automation modules. Can
be completed with additional plug-ins and special modules.
 Centaurus currently does not include yet support of great
number of formats as, for example, ERDAS Imagine as well as
number of other features. Nevertheless, we can add all it due
to open architecture.
 Our vectoring and computer geometry is faster and more
advanced then, probably, any others. Nevertheless, Centaurus
is not just a program for vectoring, like, for example,
EasyTrace – we are much more powerful.
 Centaurus can be used not only for vectoring and mapping or
for satellite image processing – we can use it just for any
brunch, such as medical and bio imaging, image analysis, etc.
• Technologies/platforms used
– Operation system – MS Windows 4.0, 32 bit architecture.
– Minimum hardware requirements – P-II–400, 128 MB RAM
– Recommended for such applications as mapping,
airspace image processing: P-IV-2200+, 1+GB RAM, 2+
GB swap, SCSI HDD, 32 MB video RAM, 21” high
resolution monitor (1600*1200+ true color).
– Centaurus has friendly windows GUI, English or Russian
(custom localization for any another language is also
possible). User interface can be customized.
