- 2. INTRODUCTION Chalet management system is one system that can help staff to facilitate them to prepare the room and also monitoring whether available room to be rented vacancy or not. Besides, it can also facilitate staff to keep records of customers. For the system to be developed, the staff will keep details of customers who hire and booking information. The information about available rooms is point to how much the price per day for one room.
- 3. PROBLEM STATEMENT Data management for room, customer and staff are not systematic and time consuming. Besides, the existing manual system doesn’t provide information or report to help the staff manage the chalet.
- 4. OBJECTIVE Facilitate the staff to search room availability for reservation and check-in in a short period of time. To help staff make customer registration and maintaining existing customers details in a systematic ways. To provide management with monthly report regarding room occupancies.
- 5. SCOPE Admin (Manager): -Manage details of staff -View monthly report -Manage details of customer and details about room. -View and search information about customers, staffs and rooms. User (Staff) : -Manage details of customer and details about room. -View and search information about customers, staffs and rooms.
- 6. MODULE Registration module -To register and store new staffs information. Searching module -To search room availability for reservation and rental. Booking module -To register customer and room information. Check-in module -To register customers, payment status and room key number. Reporting module -To display monthly report about room occupancy.
