 Senior management needs to provide complete support
 Continuous & serious Change Management needs to be
applied
 Effective support system like training/coaching,
communities of practice needs to be built
SUMMARY
 Right mindset is absolutely needed for success of Agile
 Model the desired behavior
 Create and communicate a common vision
 Willingness to challenge the status quo
 Be open to try new things
 Empower & encourage others
