This document summarizes a research paper on how indigenous knowledge and entrepreneurship can change the present and create a better future. It discusses how indigenous entrepreneurs apply local knowledge and skills to develop cost-effective solutions to problems in sustainable ways. The paper reviews literature on indigenous entrepreneurship and sustainable entrepreneurship. It presents two case studies of indigenous entrepreneurs and analyzes how their solutions drew on indigenous knowledge principles to provide alternative approaches. The study aims to encourage leveraging indigenous knowledge through entrepreneurship to inform mainstream practices and develop more affordable and environmentally-friendly solutions.
