- #5: Quick reminder… Providing chapters the tools and resources they need to be successful is an age-old challenge. We have more options available, which sometimes just seems to make it tougher. Chapters come to you asking for a solution…where do you turn? At CEX, we had 16 CRPs share stories about a tool (free, cheap, not-so-cheap, and everything in between) that they use in their job to work with chapters and/or recommend to their chapter leaders to use. Here we’re going to share some of our favorites…
- #6: We know it's hard to find the right tools and technology for your chapters—they all vary in size and technical expertise. So we did a bit of digging and gathered all the chapter tools we could find that might make your chapter leaders‘ lives easier. We even put together a set of guiding questions to help you get started in selecting the best tool for your chapters and association. Think of this as your chapter tool guide.

[Hubspot] Studies show that viewers retain 95% of a video’s message compared to 10% when reading text. Also, according to Hubspot, 80% of customers remember a video they viewed in the past month.
- #25: Had an awesome Leader Toolkit – BUT Chapter leaders did not know where to start, so they would contact us for help in locating the resources needed. So we used Powtoon to create a video
- #27: Next we looked at two topics that generate a lot of q’s from Chapters: Financials and bylaws and added others. The videos are short (less than three minutes) and engaging because we use PowToon’s animation and images.

- #30: In layperson’s terms, Zapier is a command center for business rules and integrations, like these: If this happens, do that… If this happens, and it meets these criteria, do that… If this happens, do this, that and the other thing! You have the ability to make one trigger send multiple actions to different business systems. Pretty cool, right? Zapier automates whatever tasks users do with their web applications through the building of what are known as Zaps. Zaps are blueprints for a task that you want to do over and over without having to open the apps separately. Zaps take care of opening the apps for you automatically and to the job you wish to do.
