- 10. Tip #5 • Consider a generic account the first account to sign-in is the “device owner” owner can manage device permissions maybe it’s the classroom teacher or maybe it’s a generic account since all permission managed centrally (ie: chromebooks@mydomain.org)

Tip #7 • Enrolling the device adds it to the overall domain You need to purchase the management console for each device (~$30 per) be sure to move individual devices to appropriate sub-organizations if you are creating custom settings changing “Chrome” settings in Admin panel impacts all Chrome users, even those on Macs and PCs
