This document provides an overview of nodal analysis and mesh analysis techniques for circuit analysis. It discusses how nodal analysis uses node voltages and Kirchhoff's Current Law to set up equations, while mesh analysis uses mesh currents and Kirchhoff's Voltage Law. The key steps of each technique are outlined. It also discusses the concept of forming super nodes or meshes when analyzing circuits containing dependent sources, in order to properly apply the network laws. An example problem is provided for each technique.
