DAYTIME The sound of a heart beat is heard above the sound of shuffling feet and chattering children Fade up on The sound continues and dominates the scene A tight school corridor. Young people is school uniform stream pass. Stood in the middle of the corridor as people pas by is a Small 15 year old girl in a School uniform EVA with her curly hair tied up and is stood next to a Mr Phillips a tall middle aged man in a suite. He has a spiky beard and towers over Eva. Mr Philip gestures in Mr Philips an aggravated manner as Eva watches and start to walk forward. INT.CLASSROOM.DAY Mrs Bond a the teacher turn toward the classroom door as Eva is led in to the classroom by Mr Philip as Eva is introduced to the class as students judge her. Eva clutches her hand together, the leathery strap on her bag make an awkward noise. MR PHILIPS Hello class this is..(silence) err Your new peer. Everyone be nice and welcome her with some Hathmore spirit. Muttering can be heard alongside a few giggles GIRL 1 + 2 + 3 (Whispering under breath) What is she wearing...(inaudible) MRS BOND Quiet! Mr Philips pushes Eva towards the centre of the classroom Eva looks around the class. Eeryone looks at her as she nerosuly scan the room finally landing on Mrs Bond MRS BOND Welcome to Class 8c

NIGHT Eva walks though the front door of her house and slams her school bag down as she walks to the kitchen. INT.KITCHEN. NIGHT We Learn more about Evas home life and how she wants to leave school. Her mum is very against it. She walks in through the kitchen door and goes straight to the fridge trying to ignore her mum. EVAS MUM Hi darling, how was school(sips tea while looking at computer and not at Jenny) EVA I hated it so much mum (slams fridge door and starts to try and walk off) EVAS MUM Um no Eva come back here...why didn't you like it...we moved you there because you hated your old school, you can't hate every school you go to(laughs kinda angrily) EVA Well maybe schools just not for me mum. Now people can be homeschoole- EVA MUM Absolute not. You're a smart girl don't be a pushover Eva. Your just not trying. EVA I AM TRYING MUM. YOU NEVER UNDERSTAND!(storms off)
- 4. 3. Created using Celtx INT. RUNNING UPSTAIRS AT HOME. NIGHT Eva runs upstairs from the Kitchen to her room while slamming her bedroom door behind her. INT.BEDROOM. NIGHT Evas sits on her bed wiping tears off her face as she scrolls though tiktok until she lands on a girl doing 'funny'/'skit' video and her face lights up. INT.UPSTAIRS. NIGHT Eva finds an old box of 'dress up' clothes and find a clown nose and chooses it at her new idenity. INT.BEDROOM. NIGHT FALLING INTO BED. INT.HATHMORE HOUSE COLLEGE CORRIDOR. DAYTIME Eva straiten up her nose and wig and breaths heavily before walking into class. INT.CLASSROOM.DAY Eva seems to be cracking jokes a little and getting some attention by the girls who originally gave her dirty looks. Eva seems proud of herself. Jenny gets most of the class laughing. MISS BOND Morning Eva, your abit late is there a reasons for your absecents. EVA: hmmmm, nop-nahh (people giggling under their breath) MISS BOND okay well please can you sit down quietly and not disturb the rest of the class. (Jenny perpously pulls out her chair noisily)

(people break out in laughter) INT.PLAYGROUND.DAY Eva is shown to now have a huge circle of friends as she is sitting in the same position as she was previously on the bench but is now gathered around by a huge group of people as she stands on the bench to make them laugh. INT.KITCHEN. NIGHT Small talk with her mum. He mum is noticing something is off but Eva seems happy . Eva is in a rush to go up strairs and is dismissive of her mum. EVAS MUM Hi darling... sweetheart come sit down.. (Evas mum is looking into homeschooling on her computer) EVA No mum!! I have to get my clothes sorted out for tomorrow EVAS MUM Oh- (Evas mum looks confused but then gets happy that he daughter is seeming liking her school now) EVA MUM Oh great.. Never mind!(shuts her

EVA Yeh mum, we are meeting you up on Saturday Late at Night (smug) EVAS MUM OH darling you know you can't do that you have grandmas 50- EVA OH MUM ERG WHO GIVES A SHIT ABOUT GRANDMAS 50! (Eva storms off) EVAS MUM EVA SMITH!WHAT DID YOU JUST SAY! GET BACK HERE NOW! (Evas mum looks worried and re opens the laptop) INT. STAIRCASE. NIGHT Eva runs up stairs INT.BATHROOM Eva puts clown makeup on her face neatly. INT.CLASSROOM.DAY Eva is making everyone laugh and being loud. The teacher is starting to get angry. INT.BEDROOM. NIGHT Eva goes to sleep happy without her makeup INT.BEDROOM. MORNING (one year later) Eva wakes us restlessly as she tries to fall back asleep to miss the school day. However her mum shakes her to get up. Eva is in her clown costume and messed up makeup while looking depressed. EVAS MUM Get up, GET UP (While shaking her)

INT.CLASSROOM.DAY Eva walks into the classroom by getting hit with juggling balls which are being thrown by everyone including her friends. Eva has a huge smile on her face although she is clearly in pain. The teacher doesn't care to notice. INT.SCHOOL BATHROOM.DAY Eva walk out the class and then goes to the bathroom and checks her body to see bruises and blood on her and starts to cry with her head in her hands. BLACK OUT/PHONE CALL Miss Bond calls up Evas mum to mention how Eva has not turned up to school and how she is worried about Evas behavior. Eva mum is worried and check Evas room to find she is not there and freaks out. MISS BOND Hi, hellooo. Can you hear me? EVA MUM Hey yes, hello.. Who is this? MISS BOND Hi this is Miss bond.. Eva teacher EVA MUM OH right yes hi, is everything alright?
