Every Trainee Matters / 2010-1-ROI-LE004-0677111 Supporting Documents • Copies of airplane tickets + boarding passes • Receipts of payment for tickets (airplane, train, etc) • Certificates of participation • Tax clearance, insurance clearance • Copy of section V of the Contract (list of the approved partners) • Cover letter from the responsible manager that certifies that the results of the project have been uploaded to the EST database (obligatory for Greek partners, it depends on each PP) • Copies of the results/deliverables (training portfolio, dissemination material, DVDs, etc)
