Type: Experimental Stream:CSE Course: NLP (Preferable) Description: Twitter, is a form of social media where the amount of data is increasing day to day. Users are using Twitter to report real-life events. So, it becomes an important job to analyse the data on the fly rather than processing the old data. The main aim of the project is to detect the sub events in long going events(e.g., Football). The first phase of the project would be literature survey on how tweets are analysed. By the end of the project, you are expected to come up with proper implementation of the idea. We are open to new ideas regarding implementation. Convincing results may lead to a research paper publication.
