Colliers International : Manila  have advised Caltex on the following: 2003 - relocation and expansion of their shared services center, about 7,000 m2. expandable to 12,000 m2.  2004 - consultancy with the local headquarters on workspace efficiency and the feasibility of consolidating and reducing their office size by 20% Currently  -  pitching for the facilities management of 800 gasoline stations nationwide   Currently – working on the relocation of Caltex Phils. training centre.
