This document discusses the integrated management system (IMS) used by EGI.eu to ensure it can fulfill its objectives and systematically operate and deliver services. The IMS framework integrates all of EGI.eu's distributed systems and processes. It consists of a core management system, general service management, and IT service management aligned with ISO 9001 and ISO 20000 standards. The IMS defines 19 processes across risk, finance, human resources, security, and continual improvement. It aims to professionally brand EGI.eu and increase service clarity, decision-making, and the reuse of knowledge across e-infrastructures.
