- 1. Color Studies - 2333 Assignment 1
- 2. Your first color assignment consists of 4 separate studies. • Part 1 - Chromatic Grays Study • Part 2 - Muted Colors Study • Part 3 - Prismatic Study • Part 4 - Combined Saturation Study
- 3. All studies will be made 4 1/2 inches by 6 inches.
- 4. Each study will be centered on a piece of 9 inch by 12 inch white matte board.
- 5. No white matte board should be visible within the 4.5 x 6 inch design area.
- 6. All 4 studies may be based on the same design, or you may have unique designs for each study.
- 8. Make a paper collage using at least 7 different chromatic grays and a variety of values.
- 11. Make a paper collage using at least 7 muted colors and a variety of hues and values.
- 13. Prismatic study
- 14. Make a paper collage using at least 7 prismatic colors
- 17. Make a paper collage using at least 9 colors in a variety of saturations, values and hues.
- 19. Write name and description on back of each study.
