The Vehicle Registration Office at Camp Zama will remain open later until 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday starting December 3, 2012, while the Pass/ID Office hours will remain unchanged at closing at 4 p.m. A cooking class and community coffee meetups are announced. A new American high school website is launched. Ready Army encourages preparedness through getting emergency kits, making plans, and staying informed. Details are provided on emergency supply kits, making plans, and ways to stay informed. Meeting times are provided for Alcoholics Anonymous, community mayors, and a skeet shooting range.

- 29. Get a Kit When disaster strikes, emergency responders address the most critical needs and may not even be able to get to an area until it is deemed safe. While they work on behalf of the entire community, it is your responsibility to ensure your family’s well-being during times of crisis. Emergency kits to sustain for 72 hours are an essential tool for meeting that challenge.

Road Closure A portion of 1st Avenue near the Camp Zama gas station will be closed for the below date: March 2012 to October 2013 This will require drivers wanting to go north or south past this portion of the road to take a detour.
