COMMUNICATION CYCLE
SENDER :- the sender is the individual who wishes to communicate a message.
MESSAGE :- the message is the information the sender wishes the audience to
receive and understand.
TRANSMISSION & NOISE(channel) :- the transmission of the message is the actual
process of sending it. This could be done via various verbal and written
communication channels, for example e-mail, letters, text, reports, face-to-face,
telephone and video conferencing.
RECEIVER :- the receiver tries to interpret the message to decoding the works and
symbols used.
FEEDBACK :- the receiver feedback their understanding of the message to the
sender, to make sure tha the message they received was the same message as the
sender interested. This feedback can be verbal or non-verbal response, for example
saying yes or nodding the head.

COMMUNICATION BARRIERS
Everything you need to know about the different barriers of communication. There are
many communication barriers which tend to distort the message that pass between sender
and receiver. It leads to misunderstanding and conflict among the organizational
members.
Managers frequently cite that communication breakdown is one of their most important
problems. However, communication problems are often symptoms of more deeply rooted
problems. For example, poor planning may be the cause of uncertainly about the direction
of the firm.
Similarly, a poorly designed organization structure may not clearly communicate
organizational relationships. Vague performance standards may leave managers
uncertain about what is expected of them.
