- 6. Mentor ● Product Manager ● Plan milestones and meetings ● Facilitate scrum ● Provide resources and guidance to your team
- 7. Mentee Stream ● The core developers ● Bring your idea to life by making a MVP ● Attend scrum meetings ● Plan project features ● Contributing to group discussions
- 8. What happens after I am accepted? Aug 28th - Sept 8th 1. Team formation 2. Brainstorm ideas 3. Write a formal project proposal 4. Make an elevator pitch for profs (1-2 mins video) Sept 9th - Sept 19th 5. Pair with profs and mentor (Actual acceptance) 6. Enrol in CSC392/CSC492* 7. Start hacking! * Until you’re matched with a prof, you’re not guaranteed a CSC392/CSC492 credit
