• On every Saturday there would be Weekly Meeting
with the entire team at 4:00pm
• On every 1st of month there would be monthly
meeting with the entire team at 4:00pm
• Quarterly there would be meeting in which all the
employee has to come to the head office Surat, we
will discuss the issues and performance and some
extra curriculum activities.
• Year meeting where we will discuss about our
performance and promotions.
• Team Members has to compulsory attend the
meeting on the scheduled time, if it doesn’t happen
then management can take regulatory action against
the employee.
