par le Gouvernement Américain
2. Comprendre le flux des fonds entre agences de
financements et les institutions de mise en œuvre des
projets ou activités
3. Comprendre les exigences dans le cadre de gestion fonds
alloués dans le cadre des subventions et financements
américains
