At the 2013 Computex Taipei conference, Intel showcased a wide range of tablet technologies powered by their processors. In their exhibition hall, Intel featured two tablet experience zones. The first allowed attendees to try different tablets equipped with Intel processors like the Atom SoC. Notable tablets included the ASUS Fonepad and models from Lenovo and Acer. The second zone featured a presenter demonstrating the performance and productivity of an ASUS tablet. Attendees could also try tablets from ASUS, Acer, Lenovo, and Dell. Intel highlighted the versatility of experiences made possible by their processors.

Big Data On item # 2, Intel’s vast pavilion at Nangang Exhibition Hall contained two specific tablet zones, 1) a petting zoo whereby attendees had the opportunity to hold, touch and experience (entertainment, creativity, and productivity UX applications) a variety (up to twelve tablets containing Intel Inside(R): Intel “Lexington”, Intel “Medfield”, Intel “Clover Trail”, and Intel “Clover Trail+” Atom SoCs as well as Intel(R) Core(TM) technologies ) of tablets with Intel Inside (R).

Among the twelve, the Android-based ASUS Fonepad ME371 (based on single-core Intel(R) Atom (TM) Processor Z2420 (Codename: “Lexington”), the Android-based ASUS ME302C Tablet (based on dual-core Intel(R) Atom (TM) Processor Z2560 (Codename: “Clover Trail+), the Windows 8- based Lenovo Miix Tablet (based on dual-core Intel(R) Atom(TM) Processor Z2760 (Codename: “Clover Trail”), and the Windows 8-based Acer Iconia W3-810 Tablet (based on dual-core Intel(R) Atom(TM) Processor Z2760 (Codename: “Clover Trail”) stood out as recently announced by the OEM or to- be -released at the show by the OEM/s, and 2) a professional presenter station, whereby attendees had the opportunity to listen to live UX demonstrations conducted by a Taiwanese-speaking professional presenter using an ASUS VivoTab(TM) Smart (based on dual-core Intel(R) Atom(TM) Processor Z2760 (Codename: “Clover Trail”).
