- #2: Thank you for sharing great ideas about ICT, etc. ICT is important. But in many schools, it completely replaced computer science. Please think about whether this was the right thing to do.
- #3: Read slide... Also, in many disciplines, especially in sciences but also in the arts, the thinking processes of computing – such as problem solving are vital. Even for students who do not go on to TLE, an understanding of computation subjects is vital to make sense of today's digital environment. CAS was set up as a working group of BCS around 5 years ago to address this problem.

- #6: Employers and TLE are very concerned about a lack of CS in schools, which makes it very difficult to attract the correct people to Computing degrees. Alliance met with CAS and have been talking with other parties. The issue will start to be debated this Tuesday in Stormont, with a motion to follow.
