of poisoning. Why didn’t Joseph die?
Joseph drank as much punch as the victims
who drank it later and died. The poison had
been in the punch bowl all the time.
The poison in the punch came from the ice
cubes. When Joseph drank the punch, the
ice was fully frozen. Gradually the ice melted
and poisoned the punch, killing those who
drank later.

Can you help the
police to find the
armed robber?
The robber was
with blue pants,
straight striped
hat and mustache
and he stole a
watch!
Lou’s hat is decorated with zigzag (not straight) stripes. Lo couldn’t hold a
gun because of his look. La’s mustache “looks” down. Lee’s hand is
bandaged so he couldn’t steal the watch.
So, Liu is guilty.
