- 3. • Constant Voltage Transformer Works on the principle of Ferro- resonance. • Whereas stabilizer is not enough to maintain voltage surges, glitches, noise much more. • So Constant Voltage Transformer is introduced.

- 6. • The portion of the magnetic core over which the secondary winding is wound is saturated. • whereas the portion over which the primary winding is wound is not saturated. • A capacitor is connected across the secondary winding to tune out the output at a frequency that is very close to 50 Hz. • The output voltage will be approach a square wave.
