What is an ORIGIN cocoa/chocolate?


      Single origin chocolate
      is a chocolate made from cocoa beans cultivated from one country
      or region.

      Single origin estate chocolate
      is a chocolate made from cocoa derived from a single estate or
      plantation.

      Grand cru cacao
      is a term originally coined for a larger area origin chocolate,
      composed of a mixture of beans originating from a region rather
      from an a specific country.
