This document outlines the common conventions used on the NHS fact-based website. These include navigational tabs and drop-down menus to easily move between sections; embedded videos to provide visual information on topics; and a search box for quick research. Other conventions are a logo linked to the home page, sharing icons, subheadings, bullet points, hyperlinks, advice boxes, comments, images, and article titles to structure and engage with content. The website aims to inform users objectively through written articles, paragraphs, and various multimedia elements.
