- 3. •Important Dates to Remember!!! • Midterm Timesheet due by Friday, October 26, 2012 • All Evaluations and Timesheet due by Friday, December 7, 2012 • ***Evaluations must be completed on Passport
- 4. Evaluations • Your University Supervisor will supervise : One FORMAL LESSON. • Provide your supervisor with a LESSON PLAN. • This lesson plan should follow the Seton Hall lesson plan format.
