The paper reservation done against a production schedule is done to the reel level detail. While doing this, the planner
keeps in mind the age of the reel. This report which is generated for the fork lift operator ensures that the reels identified
are picked up and delivered to the shop floor for the next schedule.
System checks whether the jobs are possible by stock or reel. This ensures that the required stock is available and it is
available for each position of the board namely each liner and flute.
A corrugation plant will like to use the capacity of the installed machines to the full. An enhanced screen for planning the
production schedule. The entire list of production orders/ work orders with complete details is populated here with a num-
ber of filters and all additional information that a planner needs to arrive at an optimum production plan. The objective is to
plan as close to the linear meter capacity available on the corrugation line and yet meet the delivery timelines. This is done
by minimizing the paper reel change and corrugation roll change. The solution also keeps a track of paper availability
(paper position wise), machine speed recommended for different jobs, and gives the flexibility to accommodate exigencies
too. The net benefit for you is an additional production every day, (everything else remaining same) made possible by the
software and the contribution on this extra production adds to you bottom-line or profits.

This gives ease of tracking reels, identifying them and using them. Butt reels are handled in the same manner.
System also offers tools to manage converting process, a schedule can be planned for processes other than corrugation
(printing, die cutting, folding, stitching and packing etc.). A visual display of capacities and the loads on them helps opti-
mize the capacity utilization at all converting machines too.

This feature help us identify the bay in which the incoming reels has to be kept, and this also to organizes the store in a
manner where folk lift operators can avoid issues while picking and delivering these materials to shop floor.
Baling Process
We have built in a process where all scraps generated on production floor from different machines and processes can
be picked up on baling assembly process screen. Where number of bail and total weight of bail will be recorded and will
also be compared with total scraps generated from production. Difference will be posted separately with reason and on
approval. Bail from stock can be then invoiced and sold to any customer.
This module helps to optimize transport cost and intelligently helps to plan the trips of each vehicle considering zone/
city , vehicle capacity, load optimization percentage. We also get a visibility of vehicle and driver logs like in time, out
time, halt time, targeted v/s actual number of trips.

You can log your customer complaints on system, supporting them and giving resolution is easy now.
Each job has a plate or die which is needed in good shape and in time for the job to be completed. The solution helps
you manage their lifecycle so that work does not stop and it is of good quality. This includes buying them, keeping a
track of the impressions for which they have been used and also storage and retrieval of artwork and knife lay out de-
signs into the system.
While doing the quality check of raw materials, test observations are entered in the system. You can specify which of
the quality parameters are very critical and where deviations can only be accepted in the band specified. The quality
assurance feature of the solution helps accept or reject the incoming lot on the basis of set ups for such critical
parameters.

The customer's instructions on the mode of packing, extra charges applicable which are not linked to each box but to
each order or each invoice, copies of invoices required, COA needed with each supply, etc. are all captured at the
order stage itself. The result is that there are no mismatched expectations, no charge is missed and disputes
