The students’ performance in the course will be evaluated on a continuous basis through the

The total marks will be divided by 10 and declared as Institute-level evaluation marks for
the course. The Institute-level evaluation will constitute 30% of the total marks for the
course.

The University examination will be for 3 hours and will be based on a written paper carrying 70
marks. There will be at least one major case (integrated) covering different modules of the
course.
VII. Learning Outcome
At the end of the course, the student should have developed:
 A clear understanding of the Indian financial system as a whole and its functioning. He /
she will also be able to understand various services offered in the financial system and its
role, usefulness and interrelation with other components of the system.
 A keen desire for reading news of economic and financial changes/developments on a
regular basis, and engaging in discussion and critical evaluation of such developments.

Learning Outcome At the end of the course, the student should have developed:  A clear understanding of the Indian financial system as a whole and its functioning.
