- #7: Kathy Gray said, “I learn because I teach.” If we are not teaching ourselves new things, if we are not learning from each other, how can we expect that our students will want to learn? Learning is part of the teaching process. The PLCs, the observations, the faculty page we have set up in the portal, the workshops we do in school or out of school, are all related to our new vision. Which part?
