Student’s who are absent can view the lesson online or access forms . 4. Update and edit when it is convenient for you without permission!!

- 9. Adding Text to Weebly Before you begin adding text to your Weebly site, always start in Word or a program that has spell check and grammar check. Then copy and paste your data into your site. Weebly will not catch spelling errors. Making too many changes in Weebly to a text file can overload the Weebly editor and can cause you to lose data. If you have already made all your corrections in Word you will avoid the Oops warning when there have been too many changes. Also, you have more varieties in fonts styles and colors in Word.

- #9: To view the demo video on weebly, put the PowerPoint in presentation mode. Click on the link to view the video uploaded to YouTube and played in media player. Maximize the window for full view and click on arrow to play.
- #11: Open voki and sign up for a free membership. Then follow the directions, either type in a message or record your own. Open the weebly link and look for the html code element. Click on edit to paste in the embedded code.
- #12: You Tube will be blocked at school so you can always use your own video and upload it to Flickr if you sign up for an account. If you put a video from YouTube, your students will have to access it from home. If you upgrade to the pro level with weebly, you can download your own videos and podcasts for $2.99 a month for 2 years, and $3.99 for one year subscription.
- #13: To convert files from YouTube, go to the zamzar site. Copy the URL from the YouTube video and go to step one on the Zamzar site. Click on the URL option and then paste your URL address. Make sure to look at the entire URL address and backspace away the second http:// at the front of the address. On step two choose the mp4 file on the drop down arrow. Step three put in your email address where you can retrieve the file. Step four click on convert. Wait a couple of minutes for the file to download and then check your email. You will have 24 hours to retrieve your file.
