Create a Free
Account in Prezi

Open your browser

Type “PREZI” in search bar

Click “prezi.com”

Welcome to Prezi!

Click Get Started Today

There are
different types of
Prezi licenses available

To Create a
Free Account..

Choose Public License

Click “Continue Free”

Fill in your personal
information..

Click
“Create your Free Public Account”

You have now signed up
for your Prezi Account!

Lets Get Started!

Click “Get Started”

Click Next until the 4th Page

Click Start Creating

You May Go Over
the Tutorial..

to be familiarized
on how Prezi works.

Click
“Start Interactive Tutorial”

After the Tutorial,
You are now ready….

to create your
Own Presentation!!

Click “Create A New Prezi”

Prezi offers
variety of templates…

Click “More”
to view all templates

Select the template appropriate
for your Presentation

Click the Template
and “Use Template”

Presentation

Click “Insert” to Insert Objects

Click “Customize” to Customize
Background and Theme

Click “Present” to Present or
Preview Presentation

Click Here to Share or
Download Presentation

Adding
Background

Click Customize

A Toolbar at the right will
appear

Click Choose File

Select your Background Photo

Click “Open”

The background
is now added!

Adding
TEXT

Click Anywhere
in the Work Area
to Add Text..

A Text Toolbar will Appear

You can edit Text through the
Toolbar

When you click
the text itself..

..available options will appear

To move the text,
Click the Hand Icon

Click “+” and “-” to edit
Text Size

Click “Edit Text” to show
the Toolbar

Click “Favorite” to save
your text for reuse

Click “Delete” to Delete Text

Adding
IMAGE

Click “Image” to Add Photo

Select Image and Click “Open”

Options will appear where you
can Edit your Image

You can also insert
videos, shapes

and other objects
to your Presentation..

Click “Insert” to insert Objects

Select from the Options

Group your
content by
Adding FRAME

Select Frame Type

Click Add Frame icon

An Editing Toolbar will appear..

to modify the frame’s
content
type
color
size

Move the frame to the
content you want
to group..

Click Hand Button to move

Notice that when you
add a frame..

It automatically has
A Sequence Number.

To Delete Frame..

Click “Delete”

Creating PATH
to your Prezi

This is the
important part
because..

this will be
the movement
of your presentation

Click “Edit Path” at the bottom
of the screen

Once Selected,
You can now see..

..the Sequence
beside the frame

To add path to the object..

Hover the mouse
pointer to the
frame, text or image..

..you would like to
appear as next slide..

..in your presentation..

A “+” sign will appear

Click the Object

The path is already added

This is the order of your
presentation

To Rearrange
Path Order..

Drag the slides to your desired
order

Changing the
THEME

This allows to
give presentation..

..a particular theme
and color design

Click “Customize”

There are variety of
different
color themes
to choose from

Select the theme..

..that will work best for
your presentation

Click the theme and Click
“Save”

You can also use the
Theme Wizard

Click “Advanced”
You can also
customize your own
theme..

This will take you to
the Theme Wizard
Screen

This is the Theme Wizard

You can change the
background color

Font and Colors

Arrows, Lines and Frame
outline color

Animate
Frame Content

This allows you to
apply fade in effects..

..to any content that
you place in each
frame

Click “Edit Path”

Click the Frame

Click the Star beside the
Sequence Number

Click the contents to apply
fade in effect

There will be a sequence
beside the contents

Click Play Button to Preview
Animation

Click “Done” once finished

We just completed the
presentation!

Its time to present the
Prezi!

Click “Present”

Use Arrows to navigate
presentation

Congratulations!
