- 1. Creating EVAAS™ Custom Student Reports 1. Choose “Custom Student Reports” from the Reports menu. 2. Click “Create Report. 3. Type a name for your report. 4. - 2. 7. On the search page, select the options for your search and click “Search.” For information on how to use the Search page, click on Help at the top of the screen. 8. Click the boxes next to the names of students you want to include in your report. 9. Add the students you’ve selected on the first page before moving to the next page. 10.
