This clinicopathological study assessed 360 patients suspected of premalignant disorders in the oral cavity, finding that 87 cases (24.53% in males and 23.6% in females) were confirmed as such. The most common lesions identified were leukoplakia, particularly among individuals with poor oral hygiene and prevalent habits including betel nut chewing and tobacco use. The study highlighted a significant incidence of premalignant disorders in lower socioeconomic groups, emphasizing the role of lifestyle factors in their development.
