Project description A Major Customer has launched a Program to implement a new CRM customer centric strategy that supports the achievement of the main business goals in both marketing, sales and service processes, involving several business units, divisions and organizations that operate in different markets with different business models. They also will to implement a solution that leverages environments intended for collaboration, file sharing, social networking and web publishing. A software infrastructure that can host web sites, portals, intranet, extranet, internets, web content managemnt systems, search engine, wikis, blogs, social networking, business intelligence, workflow as well as providing a framework for web application development. To comply with the request, we have identified two market leader platform: Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 (now in RC) and MSS 2010 (formerly known as Microsoft Sharepoint Server 2010) As a System Engineer I'm involved mainly in analyze, design, develop and deploy both solutions. The entire process is based on Microsoft Dynamics SureStep Methodology which serves as a guidance and as a consolidated best practice.
