The Eco-Fusion product from the Treedom side… Monies received into the Treedom Group purchases a Forward Purchase Agreement (‘FPA’) for the client The FPA is entered as an asset onto the client’s balance sheet and full financial benefit returns are made to the client Sales personnel forego their sales commissions Treedom foregoe’s its profit element Treedom foregoe’s its marketing spend in this area The sales commissions, profit and marketing spend are converted to a donation to PATT Foundation Internal Use Only
