Mr. Sikandar Khan has more than 45 years experience, in the field of civil engineering with
specialization in structure engineering, and management experience in hydropower project. At
present, he is Team leader/Project Manager on 40.8 MW (EPC) KOTO HPP in KPK. He has
prepared Bidding Documents, post selected Contractor, carried out technical and financial
evaluation of Bidders. He has worked, as team leader on four low head hydropower projects
(EPC) Punjab Energy Department, funded by ADB. Also, prepared Bidding Documents, post
selected Bidders, carried out technical and financial evaluation of Bidders and prepared
Contract Documents. Worked, as Chief Resident Engineer on Neelum Jhelum Hydropower
Project, where he supervised the construction of two Adits for main tunnel. He remained Advisor
to Nespak on Dams, Irrigation and Hydropower Projects. Worked as Project Manager on the
construction of Satpara Dam Project with DESCON, He has performed, as Chief Resident
Engineer on Malakand-III Hydropower Project, and Resident Engineer Pehur High Level Canal
(PHLC) Project. He possesses vast experience in the field of hydro power projects, wherein he
remained involved in the design and planning of Basha Dam and Malakand-III Hydropower
Projects. He also possesses international experience having worked with Al-Huseini ADA King
Khalid Military City Saudi Arabia, as Chief Project Engineer, and with Liechman and Lincer N.Y.
Manhattan USA on the Construction supervision of hi-rise buildings in USA.
