Preparation of QA/QC E&I Procedure. Material approval request (MAR). Preparation of ITP. Preparation of QC E&I formats. Co-ordination, meeting with client as QC representative. Contractor’s invoices technical correspondence and co-ordination. Control final documentation. Study of drawing and project specifications. Preparation of final Dossier for submission to customer. Identification & Control over non-conforming items to the Quality Management system. Initiate action to prevent recurrence of non-conformities relating to product, process, and quality system. During loop test, simulated the process variable with hand held communicator or from DCS in manual mode for HART. Confirmation availability of inputs alarms & switches on DCS coming from field against Alarm & Trip Set-point List and P&ID). Check manually the operation & travel of control valves and shut off valves. Field instrument calibration and Loop testing.
