POSITION & RESPOSIBILITES: QUALITY ASSURANCE & CONTROL MANAGER Work closely with the Project Director and Senior Managers to QA/QC procedure and implement a Project Quality Management System as per ISO 9001:2008 requirements. Participate in the identification, writing, reviewing and publishing of Project quality plan, Inspection tests Plans, and all other quality related documents in accordance with the Contract and the Client’s requirements. Implement the QA/QC management system at site and sub contractor. Coordinate with quality inspections with all the site sub contractors and vendors coordinate all the tests. Coordinate with the customer’s representative on all quality matters. Coordinate all receipt inspections to client and subcontractor. Distribute relevant QA/QC documentation to site subcontractors Verify that the quality related site activities are in accordance with the applicable codes and standards Participate in the site internal and external site audits Coordinate all the quality site inspections through the site QC inspectors

Ensure all quality control documentation is complied and competed for as-built hand over through the QC turnover engineer Control all non-conformance reports and undertake remedial action Complete site quality control instructions and action remedial responses Review the customer’s specification and undertake relevant training to the site QC inspector Monitor the implementation of the approved site QC Plan and quality procedure. Complete and coordinate the approval of the sites QC technical submittals and material submittal to the client. Coordinate with the site construction manager and project manager on all quality issues Coordinate and their the QA/QC site weekly meetings with the projects subcontractors QC personnel Elaborating inspection and test programs with client and subcontractors. Ensure the safety is adhered to at site Assure all technical documents relative to site quality control are current status. Monitor/conduct Quality Management System audits of Project Team Companies. Follow-up and advice for closeout of audit findings. Monitor that the required Method Statements, Inspection and Test Plans are in place by Project Team Companies well ahead of the relevant tasks they plan to perform. Prepare periodical Quality reports, audit and Non Conformance Reports showing the status and trend of Quality performance by Project Team Companies in the project. Review and participate in Commissioning related schedules, meetings and witnessing of tests. Develop Project specific Closeout procedure for project completion, handover and documentation.
