MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES I have various knowledge in instrumentation and electrical control system such as a test equipment electronic and pneumatics implementation of P&ID drawing, process engineering flowdiagram(PEPS) loop diagram,hookup drawing,installation of instrument bench calibration & troubleshooting in instrument control panel. Calibration of all types of transmitter like temperature, pressure, flow level with highway addressableremotetransducer(Hart) communicatorRosemount, having model no. 275,375,475 etc. To guidethe workerand technician for completing jobs in proper rand appropriate manner also guidethe crew to worksafetyand completework within stipulated time to collect technical data from the engineers and guide the work force to implement it. Involve in instrumentation work fabrication & installation JB & panel frame, instrument stanchion (stand) canopy asinstallation fabrication & & modification job impulse line, ¼ to 1” SS tubing copper tubing (seam and seamless) on control valve, ESD valve, chirp valve etc. Activities establish & maintain effective and efficient work inter face with the company site representative and all direct reporting staff. Attend daily meetings with group member to achieve daily. Involve in cable meggering (IR test) continuity testing, cable laying, cable dressing, tagging, Glanding clumping & termination and loop checking etc Involvein all kind transmittercalibration in calibration lab and field PCV, FT, PT, TT, DPT FIC,PIC, TIC, TG, PG, PDI I/P etc. Involve in installation of marshalling cabinets, DCS, ESD, F&G, Cansool panel also termination internal wiring internal wiring in those panel as per vendor modification of all interface system with field instrument etc. Involve in installation and fabrication of cable tray main run and home run such as ladder tray, punching tray, duct tray, fiber tray and angle tray etc. Installation of FF cabinets, instrument JB with FF bus system instrument stanchion, JB frame valve position etc with according to field control drawing. Installation of impulse tubing of transmitter due to mechanical point up to cabinet and instrument as per hook up and according to field recommended. Installation of all kinds conduit above ground underground and PVC embedded conduit. Grounding work cad weld, cathodic system and lighting protection work. Testing and commissioning of fire & gas detection system which include smart fire and gas detector. Provide technical support during pre commissioning & commissioning activities for start up and to prepare punch list item prior to testing of system. Implementcompany rulesand regulation and safety working procedure. And arrange safe work permit like cold work hot work and confined space entry.
