Supervision the electrical & instrumentation erection activities for gas turbine (Generator & turbine works, auxiliary skids and air intake) Installation Supervision for fire detection system as heat detectors, fire detectors UV/IR, manual call Station, Beacon/strobe light, gas detectors, linear HD,HSSD CO2 andFM200 system. Installation Supervision for PAGA, CCTV, Radio, TELE, Access and LAN systems. Supervision the electrical & instrumentation erection activities for BOP ( Main steam system ,Feed water system, Closed cooling, services water , lube oil , control oil , firefighting , water treatment ) Supervision the electrical & instrumentation erection for Equipment's (pumps, heat Exchangers, compressors, Heaters ) Supervision the electrical & instrumentation erection for Hydrogen Generation Building. Conduct inspection of raw materials, bought out items and review of Material Test Certificates (MTC) and the specification requirements.

Checking delivered materials/ equipment, ensuring all materials is furnished as required by plant design and in accordance with specification. Interface and coordinate with clients for QC matters and coordinate with third party inspection agencies for all related inspection activities. Prepare Quality Control procedures/work instruction, Method of Statement, ITP (Inspection Test Plans) according to project/ client requirements and follow-up for its approval and monitor the implementation. Plan and supervise Subcontractor inspection activities and reviews of Sub- Contractor QC performance. Supervise subcontractor staff for reporting, recording and inspection activities. Preparation of final QC dossier for handing over to the client and maintain proper filling system (as per organization procedure) with full traceability for retrieving the document (TOAC,CCC). Have a proactive approach in problem solving. Plan, technical supports & arrangement documents drawings, materials, and tools for construction work of electrical & instrumentation activities. Supervise the installation work on daily basis to confirm that the installation works is matching with the project schedule and the safety rules. Coordination & technical support with another construction departments. Attending daily/weekly meeting with the client and contractors regarding to work progress. Co-ordinate with the engineering regarding to the missing and/or new required wiring modification. Support the Commissioning & Startup Team working. Trouble Shooting Fixing during the Commissioning and Startup work period Follow up & Close NCR, OR and punch list items.
