- 2. • When I started in avVenta was assigned to the General Motors account was involved in the divisions of Saab, Chevy and GM home page. My responsibilities were to check that all requirements requested for the customer. On the General Motors page, checked the whole website as well as prices and embedded content according to the required specifications by creating of several test cases. I also performed regression tests in order to give final approval so we can move forward between environments and then a final round of testing on production environment. At some point we developed an automated process to help on the verification of prices being shown. The used QA tool was a macro that processed XML, making possible to compare prices and all pictures of vehicles. • I was involved in another project called Epsilon that dealt with a web applications site. The web site was small to check, test cases were made to help having a better control of the application of the requirements. On my arrival, QA was new on the process, so I had to start from scratch to standardize the processes. • I was part of the Carmichael-Lynch team. Responsibilities include that all the requirements are carried out performing several kinds of tests like: smoke, exploratory, functional, cross-browser and regression tests, write several sets of Test Cases to confirm that the changes were properly implemented. Besides I worked on some automation initiatives inside the team using selenium and .net. Currently I’m developing a .Net tool to measure team performance and performance metrics like FTQ, Rejects %.
