Performance testing responsibilities across projects: Understand the assigned project clearly and interact with clients/stakeholders for gathering PT requirements Understand work load distribution, application architecture, server (App/DB) details. Understand performance intensive application flows & inter-dependency within different modules through discussion with Architect Development lead. Developed Test Plan, Test Strategy, Defect reports and worked closely on defects Developed High Level and Low level scripts based on the functionality. Worked closely with development team and with business analysts, and software engineers to define and execute tests throughout the performance lifecycle. Developed VUser Scripts using protocols like HTTP/HTML, SMTP and Oracle NCA (Forms) etc. Responsible for validating test results. Include different functionalities which deals with orders like, order creation, update, copy, zoom details and booking etc. Recording Oracle Forms scripts were the biggest challenge with object names. Did changes at the profile level and completed scripting. Leaded the project with 3 members.
- 3. PROJECT #2 PRIMAVERA Neo-load 5.0 Protocol Used: Java-script Scheduling and Allocation management project. Recording scripts was the major challenge because of multiple specific Jars, hence getting correct information from App teams and Tool Vendor was vital aspect for the project, which was the first responsibility as a Lead. Guided engineers to handle scripts, each of 8-10 GB size. Handled the same and completed projects in all aspects. Leadership with 4 members into the project. PROJECT #3 CCW (CISCO Commerce Workspace) HP Load Runner 11.0, 11.5, 12.0 Protocol Used: Web (HTTP/HTML), Web Services, Oracle NCA Deal and Defect Management project Deals with defects created under a portal for different applications. It included 15-17 applications UI, Web Services and Oracle Forms. Developed test scripts & created customized scenarios based on Customer requirements. Provided mentor-ship to other team members. Gathered complete requirements to avoid any loop hole. Leaded the project with 4 members. PROJECT #4 SWIFT Neo-load 5.1 Protocol Used: Web (HTTP/HTML) • A License Management system. • Completed end-end performance testing. Created flexible scripts w.r.t. data flow in the application during executions and hence Data setup efforts have been saved. Provided level-1 monitoring analysis (front-end and database). Individual contribution into the project and completed successfully. PROJECT #5 CSCC Neo-load 5.0 Protocol Used: Web Services, Javascript, Web(HTTP/HTML) • A part of Cisco Commerce. • Includes order creation, report generation and handling progression bars. • Achieving the required response times for Web services with variable payloads and Javascripts to generate the required lines was a challenge. PROJECT #6 PDPPROD Neo-load 5.0, Load Runner 11.5 • Protocol Used: Web(HTTP/HTML) • Financial reports generation application. • Includes downloading reports for multiple users and capturing the file size via scripts. • Downloading multiple reports of varying size within the SLA provided for multiple users was the biggest challenge.
