上海大龙特种钢管有限公司位于上海市宝山区杨南路501号，占地面积34000平米，注
册资金5000万人民币。生产和经营多种牌号的奥氏体不锈钢无缝管、双相钢无缝管、优质
高温合金、耐蚀合金、钛及钛合金无缝管、不锈钢管件/法兰。产品广泛用于：热交换器，
锅炉，石油化工，医疗器械，汽车与船舶配件，食品加工，核电，建筑等领域。
上海大龙特种钢管有限公司自1990年创建以来，已经积累了丰富的生产经验并不断提
高产品质量，在行业里享有不可或缺的地位。我们拥有8台LG60冷轧机，1台LG120冷轧机，
1台LG420三辊冷轧机，2台冷拔机组，4组酸洗池，1台辊底式退火炉，3台矫直机，5台抛
光机。此外，我们还拥有自主研发且获得专利的旋风式圆钢剥皮机,高效去除管内孔缺陷的修
磨机10台。这些设备大大的提高了产能和成材率，年产量可达10000吨。公司检测中心引进
国内外先进设备，拥有超声波和涡流探伤设备、水压试验机、液压万能试验机、冲击试验机、
光谱分析仪、金相显微镜、腐蚀试验设备等。公司技术部门，是由国家一线品牌宝钢和上钢
五厂的技术人员亲自指导，保证与一线品牌厂家同步的工艺和质量。

Company Introduction
ShangHai DaLong Special Steel Tube Co.,Ltd. is located in No.501,YangNan Road,BaoShan
District,ShangHai City,China. It covers an area of 34,000 ㎡with 50 million RMB registered fund. We mainly
produce and run Austenitic stainless steel seamless tube/pipe,Duplex stainless steel tube/pipe, Nickel
&Nickel alloy seamless tube/pipe,Titanium and titanium alloy, stainless steel fitting&flange.Our products are
widely applied in heat exchanger,boiler,petroleum chemical industry,medical equipment,automobile and
ship accessories,food processing,nuclear power,construction and other fields.
Since established in 1990s,ShangHai DaLong Special Steel Tube Co.,Ltd.has accumulated rich
production experience and constantly improve the production process & quality with a key position in the
stainless steel manufacturing industry. We have eight LG60 cold rolling machines, one LG120 cold rolling
machine ,one LG420 cold rolling machine, two sets of cold drawing lines, one roller hearth furnace, three
straightening machines, four groups of pickling pools, five polishing machines. Besides the regular
production equipments, we have patented whirlwind steel peeler which independent development and ten
inner-grinding machines which can remove defect of tube efficiently and so on. Those most advanced
equipments greatly improved the productivity and yield; the annual output can reach 10000 tons. At the
same time, we have a professional physical and chemical inspection center such as hydraulic testing
machine, ultrasonic testing, eddy current flaw detection, the physical and chemical examination, spectrum
analyzer, metallography analyzer,etc.Company technical department is guided by technical staff of the
national premium-brand BaoSteel , in order to ensure to obtain the latest technical training and guidance
synchronization with premium-brand manufacturers.
