INTRODUCTION
We are J. B. S. ENGINEERING, serving for nation over 50 years. We had started our
journey with ‘Babbitt Bearing’ casting and after some experience of 20 years, we
established our own workshop as well as product in the year 1990. Now we are the fastest
growing Babbitt Bearing manufacturing company in eastern region of the country.
We are developer and supplier of a range of HYDRODYNAMIC ‘Babbit Bearing’ consisting
with thrust & non-thrust, vertical & horizontal mounting.
We are doing the job through customer design and drawing or sample, as well as have
our standard design facilities for development with all the State of art and modern
technologies to meet the highest standards of product quality.We have successfully
served our product to Power Sectors,Refineries,Steel Plants,Equipment Manufacturers
like Turbines , Gear Boxes , ID & FD Fans, Motors , Pumps etc.
Our products has maintained a tradition of innovation and quality.
We have our customers in various sector like wholesale distribution, equipment
manufacturing and project development.
Our advanced development structure enables us to design our range of Bearings as per
the international quality standards. We follow stringent quality control norms to ensure
a flawless range reaches at clients end. Our range is tested on well defined parameters
like performance, design, energy efficiency and durability. Moreover, our capability to
customize these Bearings and White Metal Castings has helped us in meeting the
requirements of various industries.
As a quality conscious organization, we adhere to a strict quality management system in
order to ensure complete customer satisfaction. We are the organization, which leaves
no stone unturned towards ensuring high quality. We have a team of testing labs and
quality inspectors, who inspect each stage, right from procuring raw materials like steel,
white metal etc. till the final dispatch of the finished products. Further, they ensure that
our entire range of products is Q.C. checked.
