During Q4, selection criteria for Mountaire University, was improved and refined to allow for a more
focused selection process. Twenty eight (28) employees were selected for the program.
Communication and class registrations for Mountaire University will occur during the first quarter.
Training was conducted for the executive team that provided an over view of specific courses
currently being utilized as part of Mountaire s Six Pillars program. During the quarter, a review of
Mountaire s Operational Excellence course was facilitated.
During Q4, twelve (12) employees participated in Operational Excellence training facilitated by
Stephen Hand.
During Q4, two (2) sessions of the Arbinger: Core course were delivered for the organization. Stephen
Hand served as the principal instructor for both sessions which provided development for thirty (30)
people. During the 2015 2016 fiscal year, David Vargas, Jr., will be trained and licensed to facilitated
Arbinger content for the Mountaire Organization. David will partner with Stephen Hand to facilitate

Alexander Eliot, who wrote the book Myth, states that in the creation of the begin with Gaea, who is
considered the goddess of the earth and is the earth itself (82). Gaea and her husband, Uranus (who
was the god of the sky) filled the lands with their children. But Uranus did not love his kids, in fact, he
hated them so much that he had them locked away within Gaea. Among these children were the

Abstract
A virus isolate infecting soybean (Glycine max L.) with characteristic symptoms start as yellowish
patches (chlorosis) along the leaf,s main vein and sometimes between the veins, which turn into
necrotic brown or reddishbrown areas was collected from the Experimental farm of Faculty of
Agriculture, Cairo University ,Giza Governorate during May 2014/2015. To identify the causal virus,
the plants were tested by enzyme linked immunesorbent assay using antibodies against different
Tospovirus i,e. Tomato spotted wilt virus (TSWV), Iris yellow spot virus (IYSV) and Soybean vein
necrosis virus (SVNV). Preliminary results revealed the presence of Soybean vein necrosis virus
(SVNV) in tested soybean plants by double antibody sandwich (DAS ELISA) using SVNV specific
antiserum and by tissue and dot blotting immuneo binding assay. SVNV was able to infect only 11
plant species from 28 tested by mechanical inoculation. The virus was transmitted by mechanical
