- 2. The Project • A messages-based chat-like interface for researching and booking multiple trip components. Inspired by SMS concierge service. • Targets advanced and frequent travelers audience. • Works equally well in a browser and in a native iOS app.

Key features • Text based search queries provide flexibility above standard OTA UI based on web controls. • Chat session doesn’t expire, past search queries and results stay available and could be reused. • Search session can be started on one device (desktop) and be picked up and continued on an another (iPhone).
