This document summarizes a group project on data logging a combustion experiment. The group members conducted an experiment using sensors to measure oxygen, temperature, and humidity levels during candle combustion inside a bell jar. The results showed that sufficient oxygen is needed for combustion and that temperature and humidity increased during the reaction as oxygen levels rose. Combustion reactions are important in powering engines and for applications like heating homes. Data logging allowed the group to accurately record and analyze sensor data from the experiment.
